Customer service more ridiculous than history: the...

Customer service more ridiculous than history: the phone is permanently busy and it is not possible to contact them via e-mail, only through a form on their site of which no trace remains to the customer who completes it.
Until now it is the company with the worst customer service ever encountered, their shipment tracking delivered while nothing has ever arrived.
Even the courier is untraceable.
I enclose calls made to monclick in a morning type, number and 'always busy
