I purchased a dishwasher that turned out to be malfunctioning. I tried to contact monclick by email, telephone, fax, in order to have the right assistance (which is up to me) and to be able to request a replacement but there was no way! I have not received any response or interest from them. I will have to get a technician to repair a new appliance when I should have had the opportunity to return it and receive a working one.
