I DON'T understand all this pessimism! probably write only the few who have had problems, while the thousands who have had optimal service like me ... forget to give a review!
I am also a business owner and I know what it means to have a positive or negative review, my company is small ... I have 10 reviews, 8 are negative and 2 positive ... I assure you .. I have had 10 mistakes in 5 years and of these 10, 8 customers have left me a NEGATIVE review .. in the face of HUNDREDS of CUSTOMERS who are VERY HAPPY, but who unfortunately do not write reviews .. thinking "So everything is ok" and forget the company and the service!
Returning to MonClick .. I found the BEST PRICE ON THE WEB on black friday !! Siemens dishwasher! Paid paypal .. within 7/8 days arrived home by appointment, all perfect !!!
Of course, it is not AMAZON PRIME that delivers in 1 or 2 days .... but to order a dishwasher and receive it with delivery by appointment from a PROFESSIONAL SHIPPER indicated and used only for HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES .. the 8 days to have everything in the Black Friday period for me it is 10 e Lode!
