I ordered an item on Friday evening (order YA19335886).
I send an email on Sunday, when the order has not yet been shipped, to ask for a change of delivery address (my oversight, for heaven's sake). I call them on Monday and after dozens of attempts they incredibly respond by telling me that they cannot change the address before it is sent. It seems to me an absurd waste of time, however as soon as I receive confirmation of the shipment, I send an email to the address they have provided to me (documentict@monclick.it), which
- according to them - should be quicker in response, asking for the aforementioned change.
No reply. Ditto for the various messages on eBay, where I purchased the item.
Unfortunately, not being at home, I will not be able to collect it and the sender is the only one who can ask the courier for a change of destination or a firm deposit in order to allow me at least to pick it up at the branch. This means that the courier will try two deliveries between today and tomorrow and only on Friday maybe I will be able to collect the package, among other things in a branch that is very uncomfortable for me both in terms of place and opening hours.
Call center non-existent, always busy and in any case never calls, not even selecting the option.
To say that ASSISTANCE IS WORST is just a pale euphemism.
Leave all hope or you who send emails or try to call these improvised sellers. Nobody will answer you.
