I had problems with the order (item not available)...

I had problems with the order (item not available) and I was never able to contact them for information or updates. They do not reply to e-mail and you can not take the line: I always had to wait for them to contact me. In the end the problem was solved (the person I dealt with was also very kind and helpful) ... but it was an odyssey.
