I bought a Beko dryer on 29-11-19 (Order No. YA19122734). To date I know nothing about the product ordered AND PAID.
I wrote an e-mail to your assistance without getting an answer, just as I tried to call the assistance number (which was ALWAYS busy).
I would like to know where my order is and when I will receive it.
