Ok until order and shipment. Too bad that the customer support is literally non-existent (no reply either by email or through the contact forms, not to mention the constantly busy telephone number). But the really unworthy thing is that they respond to negative reviews on the various sites saying "Sorry ... we will contact you as soon as possible" (so someone who reads is there ...). Needless to say, nobody showed up anymore. Avoid it like the plague.
EDIT 25/05/2020: Obviously the seller replies with a copiaincolla to ask for the order number. Needless to say, I have already provided all the data in the various channels. In any case, the practice is already in the hands of my lawyer.
