I do not think it is worth saving a few euros and then not having what was purchased on time. I ordered a refrigerator for the beach house that I needed urgently. They called me to fix the delivery (paid service) and on the morning of the delivery (after I had made 150 km to go to open the door) they told me that since the driver did not go to work they do not make me the delivery. They would come the next day. To my observation that I could not resume a day off the next day and to my request then to do it on a Saturday, they replied that they do not work on Saturday. At the request then to do it on Monday morning so that I was now on vacation and that for 1 day I would have been without a refrigerator, their response was that they would have contacted me and that they would have probably delivered on Wednesday. The result is that I am without a refrigerator on vacation. Who called me was not a courteous person. I used MONDOCLICK one more time and the delivery was too long the other time. I do not think it is worth saving a few euros and then not having what was purchased on time.
