Order YA16993243 of 11/13/19 relating to the purchase of Bosch refrigerator.
Upon delivery by the courier on Saturday 11/23/19 the product is damaged and, even at the courier's suggestion, the fridge is brought back pending delivery of an intact replacement.
Since then there has been no news had! We call the assistance number every day without ever being able to take the line and the emails are not answered.
We have to lodge a complaint to the police post ?!
