0 stars can not be given? That would be the right assessment. Ordered on 22/11 a smartphon available on the webshop, I receive a subsequent mail that alerts custody and product evasion to bartolini. Today 5/12 I have not received anything yet. On 4/12 Bartolini informs me that no delivery has been entrusted to them and that this has been canceled by the sender. I have not received any replies to the mails sent to Monclick to get information and talk to the telephone assistance as it is impossible because the line is always busy. On the phone I had 75 calls for their telephone number. But how is it possible ?! Bad experience and seller x nothing serious and correct. N order YA16762965
