I bought a new washing machine and instead a damaged washing machine arrived. I have opened a damage report and to this day I still don't know if and when I will have the goods. Only answers like "must wait" absolutely shameful !! They do not send a new washing machine until they see the damage on the returned item, despite asking for detailed photos of the damaged item. From January 21st without the washing machine, the one I supposedly saved on the purchase price I spent well for washing clothes in a launderette !!!
Tuesday 7 February and still no washing machine .....
