Great to shop with if things are ok, absolute nigh...

Great to shop with if things are ok, absolute nightmare to deal with if something goes wrong. Long story short, after unreasonably lengthy process, they rejected my return claim, indirectly blaming me for damaging the product. A pci-e port came out of my brand new motherboard along with graphic card with no force applied. After this-is-going-nowhere-argument with helpless customer services, I am left with defect product, and no further desire to do any future business with eBuyer.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this does need to be said. If you order from ebuyer be aware that stock on the website might not match stock on warehouse. I odered an item express delivery and it never turned up. I didnt get any call, SMS or Email about this.

I was told when I called the following day that the item was out of stock and sometimes the website isnt up to date with the warehouse stock.

Ok I can understand this, no one operates in real-time there could easily be some kind of update lag. But... as soon as they know this is out of stock I should have received some notification. A email or test, its not much to ask.

Ordered a Monitor from ebuyer, became faulty a couple after the 30 day policy. Ebuyer refused to help so lucky I bought it via PayPal, had to open a case then after 2 weeks of messaging up and down they finally decided to take the item back.

Absolute rubbish customer service.

Don t waste your time, pay a little more and buy off other companies such as SCAN or AMAZON.

Been messed around on an order that they happily took payment for and paid extra for next day delivery, as others are saying with their items the item didn't turn up, contacting Ebuyer for them to say "out of stock" when it was purchased in stock with next day delivery. Complete and utter joke.

Used to be a great company, absolute shambles now, a real shame I don't see them lasting long into the future.

If We could give a negative star, we would.

Used this supplier since they started in 2002, and we started our business about the same time.

Everything was fine for a dozen years, but come to 2020 and their service is just a joke.



You then do not get next day delivery. We try to get answers, and all you get is passed from dept to dept, and during this process hung up on.

Today we called about another failed delivery from day before, and I personally waited in my shop until 730pm to see I was number 2 on delivery tracking.

I unlocked my shop door, I then refreshed page, and they claim the item was attempted and the courier left a card. All of this was complete lies.

Today I asked for answers, as got a customer coming especially to build a custom PC (hence why we needed order above yesterday) only to be told that its been loaded onto van. How come then Yodel website does not say anything?

I ask for clarfication, again past from dept to dept, person to person, in the end, all I got was EMILY to hang up on me!

Great customer service, great delivery service, great competitive prices and order up to 11pm for guaranteed NON NEXT DAY Delivery!

I also have been buying from ebuyer for over 15 years for various clients and myself, I have even sold products through ebuyer. In general my experience has been positive and my go to place for a good range of products at a good price with good delivery times. (I have not said perfect). I have even ordered in the last 24 hours and received the product within that time. For that reason I have given 5 stars and hope the recent bad reviews are just a hiccup. Ebuyer should take note and ensure customer services is up to scratch, however its a thanks from me for many years good service.

I sent a defective monitor back to Ebuyer inside o...

I sent a defective monitor back to Ebuyer inside of 30 days. Waited four weeks and received an email saying that the RMA had been rejected due to "physical damage". Contacted them and, well, check the picture but spoilers: it was an allegedly removed serial number label (the last message in the chain is my explanation as to why this is nonsense) and they even go on to ask me if I had a photograph of the monitor which I had returned to them! Eight hours after my last message I receive the monitor back from Ebuyer. Yes, they had already shipped the monitor back on the basis that a sticker was missing, without verifying the monitor's serial number or applying basic common sense. I had to argue that I had not intentionally removed the label (as explained, it wouldn't make any sense) and that a label does not typically become accidentally removed from a stationary appliance after three weeks of use. Do you think I would have to seriously argue this completely ludicrous point with Amazon, Scan or PC World? No I wouldn't. Ebuyer didn't even bother to look at the serial number which would confirm further that I have no reason to remove the sticker, as the number matches. I also assume that, as they classified this as physical damage caused by myself, that they voided my warranty on this basis.

I'll be getting in touch with any other party in sorting this out because all contact with Ebuyer customer support about this, and other issues I've had with the return, has been a massive practical joke. Everybody I've mentioned this to has been in disbelief over this. Four weeks since I sent them the monitor and I doubt that they even examined the fault in question (fyi: screen flickering regularly with Freesync enabled and HDMI input crashing the monitor).

I would recommend that people do not buy from Ebuyer. Most orders go fine, as should be expected, but if you receive a faulty item it's a gamble whether or not they will do you over and no company which would treat a customer in this way is worth any amount of custom.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying anything from them. Ordered a screen for them. They have not sent a tracking number. Which is insane if you think about the fact that they send products which are expensive. Have been on the phone for more than 30 minutes to find out what is going on with no response. When I called their 10p a minute product helpline the call was answered in under 30 seconds. No delivery yet, nor anyone on the phone to help.

After phone calls and emails this company have decided that the offer was wrong and that the carrier wasn't included. Then they said they didn't sell them . Go online to "Gumtree" for example, that directes you to Ebuyer, with a very good package deal INCLUDING A CARRIER CASE. Their own website offers the carrier for sale as a separate item - yet they " don't sell them" . What kind of company is this /

Appealing company. Bought a costly OKI professional printer which didn t work. When returned to them by their own courier they refused to make the repairs because THEIR OWN courier damaged it. We now have a broken printer and no refund. Jaz Milner was the representative who completely refused to deal with this properly. We will NEVER use this company again.

Wont be using this company again to many lies from them i will be contacting trading standards and consumer advise 1st thing in the morning also lodged a claim with paypal now 4 days since i ordered the tv ebuyer cancelled the order to which i have a printscreen from the courier saying order now cancelled ebuyer have now emailed me saying i will get a refund when the item is returned !!!!!@ so they now expect me to return an item ive never recieved before they will refund me absolute joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Placed an order on Friday and there was an error on the site. Completed checkout, site crashed, never received an email, order number or any confirmation, cart was empty.

No goods but they took the payment. TWICE.

Rang on Monday when they agreed to a refund both payments but said that it will take up to a week. No PC parts for me for at least another week while i wait for my money back and I'm now paying interest as they've put me overdrawn.....

Customer services offered a verbal apology but no compensation and were unable to provide confirmation of the refund being processed. Apparently they can't even send a refund remittance notice.

I ordered a gaming monitor from them, it came on time no problem. But after plugging it in I realised the monitor had a fault (Stuck red pixels). I contacted eBuyer and they were happy to collect the product and exchange. So the collection driver came 2 days later, when he took the parcel he didn t give me any tracking card or anything assuring it has been collected.

Terrible company to deal with! if you need your items fast and on time look else were as the team at Ebuyer will let you down , as a business customer of Ebuyer we expect to at least be notified if you are unable to deliver items... we received no email or phone calls and instead had to chase Ebuyer up, was passed from business support to standard because they had no adviser's available, was told our order would be delayed by 3 days even though said item's were in stock and we had paid for next day delivery, i asked if we could collect which was rejected, cant be 100% sure but i really don't think they had the items in stock, the customer support is lacking and while the lady i spoke with was super polite she could offer no real explanation for the delay other then she was really sorry... nail in the coffin for us, was when they said they would look into and consider a partial refund of the delivery charge.. and if that's how there going to treat a company who they supply then just imagine how they might treat a single individual. just words of caution i hope every one gets there items on time but don't bank on it with these guys.

So I've recently ordered a few pc parts in order to build a pc but had to cancel them as they did not have the other half which I needed in stock. I cancelled my order around an hour after purchasing by calling and asking for it to be cancelled. I was then told on the phone that only a few items could be cancelled and it was too late for the rest as they'd already been shipped (which is impossible as the courier wasn't even out for delivery until the day after).

The first lady asked me to refuse the deliveries that couldn't be cancelled and the money would be refunded and I'd get confirmation of this, it has been a week since and no refund or confirmation, so I decided to call again, this time I was on hold for double the time. A woman picked up who didn't even sound like she wanted to be on the phone to me and was very unenthusiastic, she told me she had sent another email through to the different warehouses asking for more confirmation on my refused deliveries and said she'd send me an email confirming this, and again I have not received any emails. Can anyone higher up please get this sorted as I need my money returned and I'm going round in circles here.

Ordered a laptop for next day before noon delivery, that got delayed which is understandable, things go wrong.

A week later, still no laptop, delivered to incorrect address. Every day, the person who should be dealing with my case is offline so no-one can give me any information.

I then get promised an email by the end of the day, but nothing. 3 days on the run now. Staff polite but can't offer any help at all.

Would never recommend anyone to buy from these after my experience. On black friday i ordered a graphics card from them free next day delivery. They gave it to Yodel!!! Next day it went out for delivery only for me, after watching my security cams all day, to receive an email saying i had been out and a card had been posted through my door. Nobody came anywhere near the house all day and there was no card. Went on webchat at yodel to be told driver had in fact been unable to find my ordinary terraced address on an ordinary street. They said would deliver next day.

Next day watched tracking through 50+ earlier deliveries to see it go to 0 deliveries ahead of mine. Glued to security cams. Went from 0 ahead of me to being delivered and signature obtained. Not delivered here and not my signature.

Days of ringing ebuyer and webchatting yodel kept getting fobbed off about investigations and we will be in touch. Only contact was when i had to contact them. Finally was told a claim form would be emailed to me, print it up and mail it back. The result? The tracking said yodel came somewhere near here and the signature thay had from some mystical person called Ramu looked somewhat like mine!!! They said they believed i received the item and would do nothing else about it.

As far as i am concerned this company stole my money and called me a liar!!!!!!!!!!! Dont trust anyone who sends your property via Yodel

Run fast and far from this company! On 27th April I have ordered a TV which was delivered on time, however the nightmare started after unpacking the item and seeing a considerable crack on the screen. I immediately contacted the customer service line and waited over 30 minutes to get connected. Spoke to a lady named Emma who wasn't surprised of the issue and quickly guided me what I needed to do. So far so good. Submitted a claim the same day and arranged a return collection via Yodel for 1st of May. A few days later (7th May) e-mailed to ask whether the tv has been received by Ebuyer. On the 11th after another chasing e-mail I was informed that the TV has been received and it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. On the 19th May I followed up with another e-mail to seek an update to be told: once processed you will receive an e-mail . On 26th May I contacted Emma again when she advised me that the item can t be repaired so I opted for a new tv to be delivered rather than asking for a refund. 3rd of June still no TV, I checked their website and that model was listed as in stock . E-mailed Emma again that they have it in stock and if they cannot send a new item within a few days I would like a refund as Its been over a month and a half of chasing and 19 e-mails. It is not worth it to be dealing with Ebuyer and their extremely slow service. On a positive not I have now received the refund.

Terrible delivery service mainly because they use Yodel which must translate to we always lose your parcel in some language and because ebuyer doesn't care about their customers.

The only delivery service I could select was 3 working days and to arrive Friday 31st May. I ordered on Monday the 27th so you would expect it to be dispatched on Tuesday to arrive for the Friday but instead was dispatched on Thursday Evening on a 3 day service so it will arrive on Tuesday which is 4 days late.

4 days to put 8 items in a box thats 2 items a day. When I asked customer services about this the person I could should of just said I don't care as she kept going about about they don't do next day delivery in my area which I never asked for but they got in there head I did since it was dispatched the day before its arrival.

Companys are closing down and always blame Amazon maybe looking at why most of the population shops at Amazon. Always delivery on time and if not refund you the shipping (if not on Prime), give a free month of Prime and lately free credit to spend. Their customer service is also excellent too as they care about there customers.

Ordered a few systems and other things in the past from Ebuyer and their shipping gets worse and worse.

If you need it a month after you order get it from these people otherwise go else where as the delivery date will never be met.

The support agent I spoke to did ask if there was anything else she could help with did ask if she can explain to my client why the items wont be arriving because the company its coming from is useless but still waiting for the answer. Take it is a no but don't worry I explained least they will know not to shop with ebuyer.

I'm not happy that I paid extra to have the item delivered today and it still hasn't arrived (doubt it will arrive) and is probably looking like it will be tomorrow now. If I wanted the item tomorrow then I would have purchased it cheaper from Amazon who definitely do not (or at least have not with me) use Yodel to deliver their goods. You compromise on customer satisfaction by using Yodel, you should know better given their reputation. I stopped using companies that use Yodel and had I known Ebuyer was one of them, I definitely would not have purchased the item from them. I am extremely unhappy - have given 2 stars because Ebuyer themselves processed the order quickly, its just been sat at my local Yodel depot since 7am today with no signs of being out for delivery based on their tracking app and unlikely to be delivered now given its 20:15. Never again.

I will never purchase from Ebuyer ever again. They really don t know their arse from their elbow. I placed an order last Friday and requested next day delivery (paying extra). The order was accepted all the paperwork was emailed including confirmation of despatch informing me of Yodel delivery. I loaded the tracking information provided on the Yodel system for it to show a 3 day delivery window. I contacted Yodel on the Saturday just before their depot for them to inform me the parcel had not been despatched to them. With not customer service at Ebuyer over the weekend I had to wait until Monday to contact them. On contacting Ebuyer on Monday morning and providing the delivery reference I made it perfectly clear that there would be nobody at the address all week to take the parcel in an therefore little point attempting to deliver it, I was also unable to get to the Yodel depot to collect in the coming days due its location in relation to my work and opening hours. I therefore asked for the parcel to be returned to Ebuyer and resent using another courier and it was agreed that it could go out buy DPD on its return. I was also promised in the same phone conversation and email would be sent to me to clarify what had been agreed but this had not been received within 24 hours of the call. I once again called to speak to their customer services to find out was going on, to be told a completely different story. Long story short we agreed on a refund after 3 attempts of trying to talk to the customer services manager in a call that took over 25 minutes as they could not send out a replacement until the original order has been received back. To add insult to the injury, I had a failed delivery card on Monday from Parcel Force, I went to Parcel Force to collect the parcel on Wednesday to be told that the parcel had been returned to sender, Parcel Force kindly informed me the sending company was Ebuyer. This explains a lot as to why my package never made it to Yodel. My biggest question is how did I get Yodel tracking information and no tracking information for Parcel Force and why did that not get delivered on Saturday as per the original order . Funnily enough Ebuyer customer services have no answers or apology. I am pleased to say I placed the identical order elsewhere for 10% less than I originally paid even on a next day delivery and already have the product in my hand which is quicker than Ebuyer would have re-dispatched it to me.

I have used Ebuyer for personal items aswell as for business use and never really had an issue. Jo is very helpful and always happy to help! Overall, customer server is great, products can be a little pricey at times, but this is where you need to do your own research and maybe ask if they can match it... You can only ask, otherwise buy it elsewhere.

Also, remember that most people only leave to review if they have had a negative experience, which is why you will read so many negative reviews and not enough positive ones. Try them out, if you aren't happy move on.

Lies, false allegations and threating Behaviour!


The PC came a few day later but unfortunatley the lights on the front of the case were inoperative, the internal lights did not fuction with the rear control buttons and and the itself PC was overheating.
The PC had only been out of the box for appox 4 hours as I had tried to down load the software to get the lights to works before I followed the packing instructions to raise a return. I called as advised the next morning and my return was accepted.
DPD picked the PC up and 13 days later I recieved an email telling me that the PC was damaged and was not covered on the warrenty ?
I contacted customer services and I was told that the glass was broken ?
I told then that it was packaged correctly so I cannot see how that had happened. I told them that I would not take it back as I had not caused the damage and as it was their courier that picked it up and they had had it for 13 days that this must have happened in that time period... They then told me if I did not accept it back they would destroy it ? Are you kidding me.. you cannot tell a customer that Laura !
I asked to speak to a supervisor and had to call myself again next day as it was getting late and they were supposed to contact me, I had the same customer advisor again who just didnt come across as helpful, put me through, when I asked about the damage the supervisor had told me that the case was damaged and not the Glass...?
I sent them the pictures of the packaged Item before it was sent back to them.. but no dice! They said it was all working correctly.. I asked for the test rsults for the overheating.. they did'nt have this info as they had not tested it ? I asked them for pictures of the damage which I recieved three weeks later !!?
Then only after I had asked had they took a picture of a supposed GPU load test screen that could have been the test results from a toaster as it was just blurry, I also asked them to send me the pictures of the lights on the front of the case in good working order.. they did not send them to me, I asked them to prove that the buttons worked the lights inside the case.. they sent no such evidence!
They also quite happily kept opening a closed returns to update it when I questioned why the damage had not been already wriiten in as the reason for return with no actual detail of the damage.
This went on for 6 weeks which was basically along the lines of we are sending it back or else.. its only because I refused to take it back, double checked my consumer rights and asked to speak to an actual manager that they refunded me.

I didnt even recieve an apology!

Dear Ebuyer,
Your Staff need an attitude adjustment, you should not lie about destroying items to bully customers into taking back faulty goods you supply, you should actually test items and give evidence that these items are working correctly before trying to palm them back and you should get you're initial story straight without having a customer tell you what you need to do!
You do not deserve even a single star for the travesty you call customer service!

Ebuyer Customer Advice:

If you buy from Ebuyer and you want to return an Item, make sure you take pictures unboxed and repackaged do not give in to bullying tactics reffering to them destroying the item returned as until rfunded it is still yours.. this is just blowing smoke...and remember.. Consumer Law states that they have to prove you damaged the item.
Make sure you log and record every phonecall just as I did as this can be used as prime evidence of threataning behaviour.

I used to use Ebuyer a lot and also recommended them to others... lol never again! Anther customer lost and you're review score just gets lower.

The company dealt with my order swiftly but the delivery company they used for my order were useless and after a lot of time off work waiting for a delivery that never came I decided to ring the ebuyer customer service and after dealing with Cheryl V she organised it so that I could drive to the delivery company and pick the parcel up in person.

Terrible customer service. I ordered an ex demo item which was listed as in stock and paid for next day delivery. A week later I chase them and am told they were out of stock and should have been emailed about this, but wasn't (they apologised for that at least). Customer services said they would swap it for a new one instead if they could, but can't because "that is how the system works".

Amazingly they don't even have a complaints procedure, won't be buying from them again, not that I was able to this time....

Bought a computer monitor with next-day delivery but the item did not arrive. No update from eBuyer. No response to any emails requesting an update. Had to phone them the day after delivery was due to see what was going on and I was told the monitor wasn't even in stock!

Customer service lady was helpful enough and quickly cancelled the order for a full refund hence the extra star.

Recently purchased from ebuyer and cannot fault them. Used them many times before and always had great service. Website is very easy to navigate, stock levels are clear and delivery options are excellent. I ve made orders at a weekend and it s arrived the next day which is very efficient and not always found elsewhere. I think many of their negative reviews are unfounded and I would not hesitate to continue using ebuyer in the future.

Free delivery should NOT mean that it is dispatched at the latest possible minute before the 'delivered within 5 working days'! Will not be using this company again.

Goods has been sent back and refund proceeds by PayPal. After all my account with eBuyer deactivated with no option to reopen.

Company has no idea what is going on at the moment. I can resonably understand delays with current events, but I can't understand why they think it's okay to leave customers completely out of the loop. I had ordered a number of of items from them selfs. I hadn't had a single update other then the confirmation email. One item had been out of stock, I had been keeping an eyeon the customer feed (as my inquiries were left unanswered) and it had updated in stock. All the other items were showing as in stock.

Delivery day comes and nothing arrives. I called them today, and very politely asked for update. Had to deal with an extremly unapologetic and unhelpful customer service agent. Everyone the agent needed to talk to was unavailable. It turned out while they were waiting for item two other items had gone out of stock. The company refused to break up the order, Claiming they couldn't although other companys are able too. This was not information that was added to the order notes, or there website.

To top it all off the management there didn't even have the stones to discuss the issue with me.

Extremly disappointed with the company as a hole. I've experienced more competent staff at McDonald's then here.

I have bought items from ebuyer many times and always been pleased but I never had need to return anything. When I did I discover they are not such a great company after all. See if you agree?

I purchased a new monitor for my laptop. I Receive lots of delivery info and arrives safely exactly as expected.
After trying it out I decided not suitable after one days use.
Request return on the item as NOT SUITABLE having used it for 7 hours. Authorised by ebuyer although at my cost; fair enough.
Two weeks later ebuyer say that return is not allowed as item opened. But I say distance rules mean I should be allowed to return within 14 days. ebuyer tell me that I am not eligeble as I am designated a business customer. Although I am a business I was not aware of these implications.
ebuyer offer a 80% refund or return the item. I ask for it to be returned.
After over a week of hearing nothing I contact ebuyer to see when item will be delivered. ebuyer tell me that it was sent a week ago.
ebuyer present proof of delivery in the form of squiggle signature - not mine.
I raise the matter of non delivery with ebuyer. They tell me they will investigate.
nothing happens for a week so I chase and call. They are sorry and will investigate.
I decide to call the courier Yodel. They tell me that they can't tell me much as It is ebuyer's order.
Few days later I try yodel again and manage to speak to someone that tells me that parcel was delivered to a neighbour 20 houses/500 metres away as per the address provided by ebuyer.
So I go and see recipient and they tell me that they refused the delivery.
I write lengthy email to ebuyer explaining full story. To me it is clear that the courier has seen the opportunity to sign for the item and then trouser it.
ebuyer very concerned and will investigate... I sigh
Nothing progresses
ebuyer write to me and say that I contacted Yodel several days ago and did not inform them and therefore they cannot help me further.
I write letter to ebuyer explaining that the dates of me contacting Yodel and finding out their mess and informing them was about 30 minutes. I provide their emails as evidence. I make it clear that I want a refund or the monitor ordered 9 weeks earlier. I tell ebuyer that if demand not met within 48hr I will raise my case with media programmes watchdog and you and yours.
Within two days I get a message from a different part of ebuyer customer services explaining that a refund will be sent promptly.
I receive paperwork from ebuyer indicaating refund and two days later a refund is deposited to the bank.
No further explanation comes from ebuyer.

Lessons learnt:

customers: if you don't get delivery updates then maybe your delivery has gone missing.
customers: Try googling ebuyer poor customer service before using this or other company. Establish their reputation before using.
ebuyer: Why authorise a return that is not eligible?
customers: Read the terms and conditions and dont assume that they will play fair.
customers: Avoid Yodel.

Really dissapointed with my experience with this company. I have used this company a couple of times in the past and never had any issues. Hence the reason i have used them again. However this time it seems to be a never ending nightmare. I ordered a tv that never turned up. After numerous phone calls and numerous promises of calls back that were never received I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. Again have been promised calls back to confirm my order has been cancelled and to confirm my refund. Still haven't received a phone call and I am still waiting for my refund.

Office staff don't seem to care when you speak to them and just keep fobbing me off.

I hope other people have better experiences than me but after this I have lost all confidence in this company and will not be using them again.

Avoid this company.

I have been purchasing and building gaming PC's for family and friends using ebuyer happily for almost 20 years.

I recently ordered a motherboard which arrived in great time, sadly when I installed the motherboard it would not boot. I contacted ebuyer customer support, and after an hour on the phone waiting I was told that my return request would be forwarded on and that I would be contacted with further details.

Later that day I received an email stating that.....due to me installing the motherboard I had voided my warranty and they could not accept the return. The explanation email came after the automated response letting me know that my return had been cancelled.

Lucky for me! I paid with Paypal, and Paypal have great customer service and are currently helping me get my money back from Ebuyer.

Ebuyer do not seem to know or care about UK consumer law for online trading.

Uk consumer rights clearly state. If you have bought a faulty item, or an item that has developed a fault, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Act to ask for refund. If you wish to return a faulty item bought online, you should not incur the cost of returning it.

Further to this ebuyer finally allowed me to return the item after Paypal helping me fight this case.

And here's the kicker!

ebuyer should provide a free returns label, and they did! I got an email asking me to log in to my account to print my free returns label. I went to log in to my account only to get a message after attempting to login letting me know .....

Sorry, the account you are trying to access is now inactive.





Do I care? was I ever going to risk using them again? nope.

Fingers crossed I get my money back, wish me luck.

Used to be good, but infortunately they use Yodel, the cheapest couriers, and the worst. Paid for next day delivery, failed to appear, Yodel incommunicable so I drove to their depot where I was told it was on a delivery van that had broken down. Turned out to be a lie as when I drove to their depot again next day they admitted they'd lost it. Ebuyer themselves were no help - took over half an hour to answer the phone, then said they'd contact Yodel and get back to me within 24 hours; no chance to cancel the order, no compensation for failing to deliver in the timescale I'd paid for. Back to Amazon!

In short - Not worth 1 star!
Ordered 'in stock' items over 30 mins before order cut-off deadline and paid extra for next day delivery. Order not even dispatched until 3pm on what was supposed to be the delivery day!
Phoned 'customer service', sat in queue to be eventually greeted by some Muppet reading from a script. He agreed to refund my next day delivery after being put on hold 3 times (which has yet to materialize) like he was doing me a favor!
This happened 2 years ago and I've been ordering from other more reliable companies (usually Scan) since, thought I'd give them a try again to see if they've bucked there ideas up, but no such luck. I've been ordering computer parts etc since ebuyer started many moons ago, they were good back then. The world has moved on, there's plenty of choice out there online and you don't need to put up with ebuyers poor service. Use at your peril.

Put an order through online. Accidentally put the wrong billing address. The online chat was too slow so called them immediately and apparently you cannot change your billing address on an order... its 2020 not 1999. Had to cancel and reorder.

When something went wrong, customer service was very poor. The company was unwilling to entertain the idea of a return even though I felt I was within my rights and they failed to provide me the details of their regulator. When I contacted the retail ombudsman, they tried to resolve it with Ebuyer, but Ebuyer was unwilling to engage with them at all. My advice, pay with your credit card. Section 75 saved me!

Staggeringly poor customer service. On Google it is claimed to be the largest independent online retailer of computer and electrical goods in the United Kingdom . If this is true, then it s a colossal failure of an online retailer of this size. I regretted not checking the reviews on Google before buying on eBay from Ebuyer.

I ordered via eBay an Apple Watch Nike+ on Thu, 17 Oct with delivery on 21 Oct. It wasn t sent so I emailed on morning of 21 Oct to ask for delivery status only to be told there was a stock discrepancy in the warehouse and my item is out of stock. I was offered a cancellation or an alternative non-Nike+ (cheaper) model in a completely different colour. I asked when my purchased model might be back in stock to be delivered and the curt, indifferent and almost indignified reply was simply: Hi, We haven't got a date for stock, this could but a month or even a day. Once I have an update I will let you know. Kind Regards, Jade.

It is disappointing for an online retailer to come up short on delivery in this age and day of raging online commerce but still understandable from time to time. But to learn of Ebuyer s incompetent in its inventory management on eBay is another level. And to add to that an online retailer that can t be bothered to inform customers of their inability to deliver is appalling. If I didn t initiate the first query on 21 Oct I wonder at what point would I learn of the stock discrepancy .

The whole point of buying online is for speed and convenience. Ebuyer has shown to have total disregard and failure to appreciate customers need for these. I have wasted time and effort (the item was meant as a gift on a special occasion) and anyone who wish to have a seamless stress-free online shopping experience would do well to avoid Ebuyer. Any savings in price that Ebuyer may offer is just not worth it - some things in life is priceless.

Been using this company for components for years and have never had any issues. Had a faulty hdd once, but they sorted out the exchange as quickly and effortlessly as any other company I have used. Always my first point of call for anything IT related. 6 Stars if possible.

Awful experience, recieved two faulty products within 6 months. Calls to customer service are on a premium line so it will cost you money if you have a problem.

Customer service is hit or miss, some are very helpful. Some are dissmissive or incredibly rude. The tecnicians try to intimidate you with technical knowledge which could be confusing to someone who isn't experienced in technology or used as an easy way out of a problem.

Returns process is incredibly slow, partially due to covid, but even before this was a factor a return took two weeks to be dealt with.

Use Box, Scan, CCL, Overclockers or Amazon if you want a good experience. Avoid Ebuyer even if they are cheaper.

Terrible used them twice this week, delivery service shocking..Been on hold with Yodel for 44mins its currently 18:32, no delivery received, spoke to Jade in customer services at ebuyer as much use as a chocolate fire guard,. Paid extra for Tuesday delivery, Still not arrived, i will now have to call my IT guy to tell him not to bother coming in tomorrow because Ebuyer cannot inform me of time. Stay away from ebuyer it has gone down the pan over recent years, my IT guy did warn me. Amazon has never let me down.. Asked ebuyer to cancel order they wont until they receive item back ? I would if i had received it. Be warned stay away. Ebuyer have clearly gone for the cheap delivery option with Yodel.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHILST THEY CONTRACT YODEL TO DO THEIR DELIVERIES. Yodel just lie and give false promises. Be warned do not expect your goods on time if at all. My order number was 26004860. 1 week after placing an order, on a next day service it has still not arrived - I have now cancelled and bought elsewhere.
BEWARE. they expect yodel to deliver the item back to them before they send a refund, yes the same yodel that cant deliver to you in the first place -

Placed an order and immediately realised wrong delivery address. Got in touch straight away but took three attempts to get through via chat and phone. Because I used 'express checkout' apparently they cant change the delivery address!!!! Who came up with that bright idea? It's still less than an hour since placing! So where it will end up is anyone's guess. Ebuyer - just saying 'I'm sorry, nothing I can do' is NOT customer support ok?

Never order from them. They are unreliable and unprofessional. I was supposed to receive a preorder in November. A month later and after numerous calls complaints not only I have not received it today I got an email syaing that my order might only arrive in January. Customer service only apologises offering vague answers and no solutions. Never use this site.They are ridiculous.

This company has given me the worst experience possible in terms of shopping. I have waited over a month for the item I wanted only for them to push back the delivery of the item without letting people know. I ordered my items in June and they expect me to wait till August. Customer service do not even care to help or show care at all.
Items are being put up as available but aren't in stock at all.
