Run fast and far from this company! On 27th April I have ordered a TV which was delivered on time, however the nightmare started after unpacking the item and seeing a considerable crack on the screen. I immediately contacted the customer service line and waited over 30 minutes to get connected. Spoke to a lady named Emma who wasn't surprised of the issue and quickly guided me what I needed to do. So far so good. Submitted a claim the same day and arranged a return collection via Yodel for 1st of May. A few days later (7th May) e-mailed to ask whether the tv has been received by Ebuyer. On the 11th after another chasing e-mail I was informed that the TV has been received and it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. On the 19th May I followed up with another e-mail to seek an update to be told: once processed you will receive an e-mail . On 26th May I contacted Emma again when she advised me that the item can t be repaired so I opted for a new tv to be delivered rather than asking for a refund. 3rd of June still no TV, I checked their website and that model was listed as in stock . E-mailed Emma again that they have it in stock and if they cannot send a new item within a few days I would like a refund as Its been over a month and a half of chasing and 19 e-mails. It is not worth it to be dealing with Ebuyer and their extremely slow service. On a positive not I have now received the refund.
