I will never purchase from Ebuyer ever again. They really don t know their arse from their elbow. I placed an order last Friday and requested next day delivery (paying extra). The order was accepted all the paperwork was emailed including confirmation of despatch informing me of Yodel delivery. I loaded the tracking information provided on the Yodel system for it to show a 3 day delivery window. I contacted Yodel on the Saturday just before their depot for them to inform me the parcel had not been despatched to them. With not customer service at Ebuyer over the weekend I had to wait until Monday to contact them. On contacting Ebuyer on Monday morning and providing the delivery reference I made it perfectly clear that there would be nobody at the address all week to take the parcel in an therefore little point attempting to deliver it, I was also unable to get to the Yodel depot to collect in the coming days due its location in relation to my work and opening hours. I therefore asked for the parcel to be returned to Ebuyer and resent using another courier and it was agreed that it could go out buy DPD on its return. I was also promised in the same phone conversation and email would be sent to me to clarify what had been agreed but this had not been received within 24 hours of the call. I once again called to speak to their customer services to find out was going on, to be told a completely different story. Long story short we agreed on a refund after 3 attempts of trying to talk to the customer services manager in a call that took over 25 minutes as they could not send out a replacement until the original order has been received back. To add insult to the injury, I had a failed delivery card on Monday from Parcel Force, I went to Parcel Force to collect the parcel on Wednesday to be told that the parcel had been returned to sender, Parcel Force kindly informed me the sending company was Ebuyer. This explains a lot as to why my package never made it to Yodel. My biggest question is how did I get Yodel tracking information and no tracking information for Parcel Force and why did that not get delivered on Saturday as per the original order . Funnily enough Ebuyer customer services have no answers or apology. I am pleased to say I placed the identical order elsewhere for 10% less than I originally paid even on a next day delivery and already have the product in my hand which is quicker than Ebuyer would have re-dispatched it to me.
