Paid for Saturday delivery, the item went 150 miles away at a Yodel Shaw Hub for sorting, and has not arrived. I specifically chose ebuyer over amazon to help the business and go against the amazon monopoly and have been let down. I also paid extra for saturday delivery and they still couldn't meet what was promised.
Shame I can't give no stars! I thought I'd give Ebuyer a second chance. They had messed up a previous order. I will never order from these again. Ordered some Powerline adapters 4 weeks ago and they have still not arrived. Customer sevices promissed me they would be here 4 days ago. Guess what they lied - still nothing. I've instructed them to cancel the order immediatey. There are better places to buy the items from!

Terrible company now used them for about 15years was one of there very first customers used to be good. 3 years ago went worse now total utter rubbish no customer service no compensation. Poor interpersonal skills. No value placed on my business. Even when we had business account companies spent 10s of thousands if not hundreds of thousands. No value placed on it. I spent personally thousands. Bought all sorts. Enote system useless i need email and a person. Phone system useless too. Moved all my business to box.co.uk 10 times better i reccomend them instead

Ordered a graphics card. Came with damaged packaging. Thrown in a box that was barely bigger than the GPU box with no bubble wrap or protection.
More worryingly. The MSI card I ordered had already been opened. There was damage to the antistatic bag and you can see where the label for the antistatic bag has been opened and then resealed. I can only conclude the item they have sold me as new is either an ex demo unit or had been RMA'd by a previous owner who has used it and sent it back. If I had wanted a second hand card I would have shopped on eBay!!
They are also no longer replying to my email.
If things don't get sorted in the next few days I will be contacting trading standards or driving up to their premises directly to return the item!

So i mean i really dont have anything mean to say about the company, made my very first order yesterday was supposed to recieve my order today on next day delivery, waiting anxiously for my order all of a sudden i recieve a email saying my order could not be delivered, the driver cannot find my address my address really is not hard to find at all. This is with Yodel i urgently needed my parcel i had things to get done, i can now not do anything untill tomorrow ridiculous please Ebuyer for the love of the company stop using Yodel they are the Very worst of the Worst, i am very disappointed i will not order from here again untill Yodel is not in service anymore.

Bought a laptop from this company in august 2018 and returned it as I had purchased the wrong model. I was supposed to be refunded my money to my original payment method. Ebuyer did not do this. When I chased this year they said to check with my bank. I told them this was already done. They then said it was put as credit on account. This was false as we have purchased another laptop since and no credit was present. Long Story short, we are still trying to get our money back 9 months later and the customer service team seem determined to obstruct this. We have had false claims that payment has been sent several times. And each time you call they push it back saying "its been action'ed, check with your bank". Don't use them, I certainly wont be in future. ** Hi Cheryl, I am already in contact with you from emailing complaints yesterday. I didn't get my call back from your customer service rep as promised and as suspected with the interaction I have had with your poor support teams. Rude and don't do anything they promise. Good luck if you have to go through customer services. Took me 45 minutes to get through and a further 10 minutes just to cancel an order. Cant do it without ringing them up.
Ordered one week earlier on another order and paid extra for next day delivery. They delayed the order and never offered a refund. Its not worth waiting 45 minutes on hold to ask to refund the postage. But its also not worth a multi million pound company trying to sneak extra pennies here and there.
The customer service will be the downfall of this company. There are so much better companies worth supporting in the UK rather than these. I wont be using again.

Very poor customer & delivery service. We placed an order and changed our mind and didn't sign for the delivery. They are supposed to be able to track where the order is and should be like Amazon to get the order for return. However, the courier claimed they couldn't trace the order and Ebuyer insits not their responsible either. We have been treated badly and have lost good money without knowning why!
So many broken processes, leaving frustrated customers and a uneven amount of pressure on telephone support.
I'd ordered items marked as in stock, less than 30 minutes later I had an email saying items could not be fulfilled, so i followed ebuyers documented proceedure in raising an enote, payment was taken the next day, the enote ignored?, i called up and explained that the initial failure to fulfill stated that because items where missing they would wait two weeks and expire the order, this also didnt happen, the lady in the phone after waiting 30 minutes of hold, typed some stuff and told me not to worry, 3 hours later i recieve my dispatch notice, i go back to the phone wait another half an hour where i explain all this above, she's done all she can but it looks like ebuyer will have my money for longer, and i'll possibly have to take things to the post office, i'm not sure if i'll have to pay for postal but what is clear is how little consideration has gone into their processes - ive bent over backwards at every step of the way to make it clear as soon as i could, yet all this ^ ... negative experience. i ended up using scan.

to support UK business in times of covid instead of going to Amazon as i usually do. Should read other reviews before. Ordered two items, one arrived on time. Second larger was lost in transit. No one knows where it is. Parcelforce and ebuyer are blaming eachother. Requested refund as not interested in the drama. Thus far, three weeks after still no refund and usual response.. we're looking into it. Save yourself a trouble and do your online shopping somewhere else.
No frills online store. One word to describe it: "eh". Fine when things do go correctly, order arrives fine, dispatch within two days and ok packaging. But nothing special or better than average. However when their customer service is where it falls apart. Unenthusiastic, very few actual reps and on hold for 20 mins a time. Hung up on me the first call. The live chat just said it has been idle for too long and ended the chat,. It was idle because no one responded! Only buy here if the price is significantly cheaper than other stores.
Ordered a pre built PC a week ago. Came in perfect condition with all of the specs promised. Cannot complain.
Ordered parcel to an old address due to a recent house move. Contacted customer support (at 12:00 noon), got through within 5 minutes. Asked support to either change the address it is being delivered to, or arrange for a collection from the local depot. Support sent the email straight through while I was on the phone and I'm now awaiting a response. Professional and overall polite and helpful.
I ordered the next day's delivery, the money was also deducted, there was no information, I called the customer service, the order has not yet been sent, then why do I charge the delivery fee for the next day, and then the customer service said to wait a few days, why? A totally disgraceful company. Take money off you for an order and then suddenly cant deliver - have to jump through hundreds of hoops to get your money back. even the online update says call wait time yesterday was 4 mins 48 seconds ????? same every day, even when thay are closed, yet it takes about 40 minutes on the phone to get through.
Cant even issue a VAT recipt.... if you want one then you are classed as a business customer and cant get same deals as a consumer apparently. I thought if you charged VAT to had to issue a VAT recipt regardless.

Replacement PC was sent out and started overheating! Dangerous that they are are not sufficiently tested before sending out to the consumer! Returned again and still waiting for my refund!! I do NOT recommend this gaming PC and I do NOT recommend the company. I have now reported them to Trading Standards for selling faulty and possibly dangerous electrical goods.

Ordered an item from the on the weekend. after ordering it I notice it was not the correct specs however not able to cancel order online so called then on 9am Monday morning as they are not open on weekends advised that she had locked the order and I would get an email to say when it had been cancelled yet I got an email saying it had been shipped after they was closed. Waste of time don't bother very poor customer service.

I had ordered an expensive 4K computer monitor that I needed very urgently for professional reasons and paid the next-day delivery supplement upon ordering. We are now 7 days later, and the screen has not yet arrived....
For the past 6 days I have been in touch on with ebuyer s customer service on a daily basis (fyi - waiting time on the phone is 30-60min, prepare yourselves), but without any result. Every single day I receive the same feedback, we are very sorry sir, delivery is confirmed for tomorrow, we promise , and nothing happens the next day.
They also refuse to give me any kind of compensation and suggested me to follow a complicated admin process in case I was not happy and wanted to cancel my order. I hope that at some point my monitor will arrive, que sera sera ....

Paid for next day delivery on Friday, confirmed for delivery Monday, 2:40pm on the day of delivery, order is cancelled and refunded without any explanation. Told to re-order if I still want the item, even though my refund will be 3-5 days. No answer on phone, live chat won't help as we're a business. Pathetic.
I have used this company for years. I opened a business account recently. Lots of personal data was requested but we did it anyway. Account was opened last year. Tried to make an order just now and I couldn't log in. Called through to them and they said they were carrying out 'fraud checks'. This is fine, but at least notify us that the account can not be used in advance so other arrangement could be made. I have mad the decision to now stop buying from Ebuyer. As a business you can not reply on these guys..
Promised that the item would be here today hence why I bought it (I was on holiday). At 5pm and it is not here I have been told that it missed shipment and will either be here tomorrow or Monday (I am working both of these days).
Was someones present for tomorrow and thanks to Ebuyer that person either does not get one or I have to race out and purchase another.

Beware buyer don't even go there. If I had the choice I'd have given zero stars....although experience has shown me and my colleagues that they really don't care about their customer feedback. Fortunately there are plenty of places where they do care about the customer. Just look at their rating/reviews. By the way I only review infrequently and this is the first negative one ever, still if you don't care about your customers, you get what you deserve.
We're a small charity that bought quite a few laptops, one was broken on arrival but because we didn't return it within 48 hours they refused to refund or replace. Thanks for nothing E-buyer uk.

but woe betide the unlucky sap who needs to use their customer service. In the age of Amazon, I can't believe Ebuyer manage to keep trading. It's like an online shopping experience from the 90s. Awful processes, convuluted returns, slow turnaround, obsfucation of consumer rights. Simple returns become an absolute chore and seem designed to catch out those less savvy.
I'd had a terrible experience about 4 years ago (an obvious manufacturing fault was blamed on me, then took over 2 months to resolve in my favour) and avoided these jokers ever since. I thought I'd give them another chance, but no, exactly the same experience.

worst customer service ever!... when you buy something then they quickly take your money, but when the items you bought is damaged, you can forget about quick solution even if you had warranty. 48hours respond time, after week time still no respond and customer service is just laughing. Ordered a Samsung SSD, was told a few days later they were all out of stock and to contact buyer to arrange a swap.
Contacted customer services and pointed out there was the same model in stock in a different colour and could I swap, was told no, and that I d have to cancel my order and pay extra for the colour was in stock.
Avoid, these cowboys sell out of stock items, customer services are not helpful and seemingly only there to process refunds when they ve over sold stock.

Ordered HP477DW from amazon on 11th Dec - got delivered within a few days. Just tried to setup the printer and it is not powering on...so a faulty device. Went onto the HP website to trouble shoot and when I checked the serial number of the product. It turns there is only 10 months left on the manufacturers warranty. Apparently start date of warranty was 24th October?.....so it appears ive been robbed of two months warranty. Expecting a full refund from Ebuyer and an explanation about the warranty.

If they d told me immediately instead of just essentially pocketing the money I paid for next morning delivery, I could have redone the order immediately while the deal was still on.
Also, the monitor was the same price on amazon the night before but I just eBuyer as it was quicker (for money). The the afternoon the next day, amazon had no monitors left. All because eBuyer took money for a service they didn t provide and didn t tell me.
Very upset, this company has been great until recently now we can not get a delivery. I have lost a lot of money due to an inability to deliver. This has now been going on for a full week. I have 2 orders that can not be delivered. My office is fully manned with a receptionist so how can they say we were not in.
I really hope they soon fix this issue as we have spent many many thousands of pounds with them and always had a good relationship even having a trade account. At this moment we can not continue to use this company as we need a reliable company.

Ordered a PS5 on the first day of pre-orders. Received a message the day before it is due to be released that I have not been allocated stock. Seems utterly ridiculous, I wouldn't have had a problem if they had informed me of this when ordering, but the day before, just a joke.
Used to use this site all the time but now it is as late as possible shipping (which for a usb pen drive cost a third of the price which is either fake in size or faulty) Also had trouble with previous items too which I put down to 1 offs but this is the last time I'll never buy from Ebuyer again

Very poor service.
Delivered a monitor to the wrong address, it was refused and returned to their warehouse. Tracking had mysteriously been turned off so couldn't track the delivery. Took a month to get my money refunded which is a breach of Consumer Contracts Regulations. Also slow or no response to emails, had to phone and wait in their call queue to find out what was happening.
Have used them frequently in the past without problems, but having seen the standard of the customer support, they will be a last resort now.
I chose to purchase a screen on 27 November 2020 (Black Friday) towards a Christmas gift on Amazon. I expected the delivery on 3 December 2020 as described on the Amazon confirmation email and was told on the same day that the "supplier" has delayed the delivery of the item due to having stock issues. Ebuyer then essentially gave me two choices:
1) lose out on a once-off yearly deal and spend more time shopping to purchase a screen at a higher price (which is still offered by Ebuyer and showing in stock on Amazon)
2) suffer a long wait where Ebuyer may or may not have the sourcing of the item within "possibly" 4-5 weeks?
On Amazon, it said this company was the supplier and therefore you would expect that they would have managed their affairs and had stock in hand. The late "update" message leads me to believe that the company doesn't care for their business and had given my purchase to someone else.
Terrible customer service, terrible delivering company. Never gonna buy from them again.

Used to use Ebuyer years ago but have mostly switched to Amazon now and I dont know why I tried again. They use Yodel for deliveries so good luck getting your item, I didnt, having to pay for expedited delivery just makes it worse.

I was waiting whole day for a parcel and 20 minutes ago it changed to "we've missed you, we've left a card"
1. No card left
2. No one ringed the door
3. On map it looked like 30 minutes ago delivery truck was 1km from my house, so probably they just didn't want to drive that 1km and just marked parcel as delivered
Terrible Customer Service - for computer parts if you need to RMA, my experience trying to return a DOA motherboard, because a retainer clip not used with my CPU was not returned with the board despite it registering and being confirmed by ebuyer as faulty, will be sent back to me and not replaced as i dont have said retainer clip removed during installation. When asking to speak to a supervisor they would not let me speak to anyone else in the customer services team and would also not let me lodge a formal complaint.
Cheryl was great, so polite and helpful, she found the most efficient way to sort out my problem and did so quickly. How customer service should be!

I have used Ebuyer for 15 years and have spent a huge amount on their site. Their website use to have better search features, their delivery service use to be unrivalled and they use to be the cheapest. They have gone down hill a lot! Deliveries not on time, out of stock items still listed as in stock, packaging doesn't last the trip!
Really awful returns policy and incorrect product descriptions. They refused to cover the cost of returning an item after several emails back and forth. You'd be better off using scan.co.uk or Amazon.
Website said order now for next day delivery, paid the premium delivery price for that service. Printer arrived three days later. Had a day off work to take the parcel, which the invoice said would be delivered next day. Rang customer services who apologised and they said they would refund half the delivery charge.
Not good enough really, losing a days pay for nothing. Website needs changing to stop promising deliveries which it cannot full-fill!

If you have any sort of customer issue Ebuyer is a nightmare, Avoid.
Shocking at every stage. Bad packaging, product received faulty, broken and ancient returns process, 30 minutes to answer the returns line, that you are obliged to call in order to process one, no way to track where the courier is, paid return collection if the first one is reported as failed. So you pay to get a useless product and then you pay to return it. It's a win/win for ebuyer, stellar policy.

I bought a QNAP TS-453A-4G 8TB (4 x 2TB SGT-IW) 4 Bay NAS Unit with 4GB RAM. Couldn't get it to work with iTunes so contacted Qnap help desk and they couldn't get it to work either. eBuyer refused a refund because by now I'm outside 30 day period. Not happy. I don't recommend Qnap or eBuyer.
I recently made a purchase with Ebuyer, I contacted them with a couple of questions about my order. The customer support team were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely continue using them, would recommend to anyone.

I have a faulty display card less than 6 month old, sent it back for warranty, the refuse and said it was water damage and I don't believe there were any liquid appears in the middle of my computer case that is literally not possible and refuse to escalate. They are fraudulent company.

Placed an order on the 2nd Dec and recieved an email and note on the order it has been accepted and being passed through the warehouse and will arrive on the 9th Dec, after 2 phone calls, the first saying it had been switched to a pre order after initially being allocated, which I had no contact about, the 2nd saying they're not expecting more stock until the 31st Dec, which again, nobody contacted me about, do not give a delivery date for an item you say is in stock to then just remove this item from them and deliver it to someone else putting me on pre order.

Their lure is the excellent prices that are usually very competitive but their customer service is appalling. Anything expensive that can develop a fault with first 6 months, I'd advise to pay more to get better service elsewhere. Numerous occasions they have refused to replace faulty items only referring you to manufacturer and stalling long enough to then tell you it's out of warranty they won't help you further and this is in spite of statutory rights under Consumer rights act
Ebuyer are one of those vendors where you might get what you want in the time that you want it or you might not. I put an order through last Friday, paid extra for guaranteed 2 day delivery only to be told after purchase that delivery will take 10 days. Customer service is unresponsive, 48 hours to get a brush off email response. That could be excused given the circumstances (Covid) but I've had poor experiences in the past. Still they claim on the site delivery dates of 2 days time. IT'S A LIE, presumably to get your purchases locked in.
Ordered other components same day from Scan and that's now in my studio waiting for the ebuyer delivery for build. Pay that bit extra and shop with a company that treats it's customers with respect.

Placed an order with next day delivery, now shows "stock problem", no email, no contact updating.
When contacted the customer service they said the Est. delivery Date is wrong and I should ignore.
If you can buy from anywhere else!
Don't order breakable items, they use Yodel. If you are ordering USB sticks, cables etc. you will probably have no issue at all but if you are ordering a TV, screen, laptop, PC etc. you are playing with fire as they will send it through Yodel network. Yodel appear to have a policy of playing football with your delivery during transit and will even stack 55 Inch TV's on their side in the back of a van on top of other boxes (CCTV available on request). Save yourself the pain and order breakables elsewhere. @eBuyer, treat Yodel the same way they treat your customers packages and drop them!
If you aim to buy something small then sure go ahead, but if you want to buy something more expensive then refrain from using this website. JUST incase if you buy an item and it is faulty to the point you need to return it because it is not More

I wouldn't bother using ebuyer... I ordered the new RTX 3080 Graphics Card on launch. They had changed my order to a pre-order without telling me. When I had rung up they had told me they were receiving graphics cards weekly and I would have it by the 28th of November. I asked a woman "So my pre-order should be fulfilled on the 28th." The woman replied with "Yes." So I said thank you, wished her a nice day and continued to be patient.
28th of November had come around and nothing had come by then, but the call centre obviously not operational. I re-called yesterday on the 30th. Only to be told I will have to wait till the 31st of January, two more months and now I'm not in the patient mood. Not only did Ebuyer not fulfil the pre-order, they outright lied.
This is extremely unacceptable and I am truly dissatisfied. Not only that, when I voiced I was dissatisfied, I was returned with "Would you like me to cancel your order." No other means to keep my custom, such as a discount, or anything that could make me feel a little better about my experience using this company, which shows they don't care about their customers. I think their 98% satisfaction rate ('98% of our customers said they would shop here again') is a bit obscured and broad in my opinion.
Do not buy from this company.
UPDATE: Every time I've called 3 times in total and every time I call it takes 20 minutes to get through.
Ebuyer hit a new low. Placed an order online through topcashback. I was then contacted by EBuyer and told if I cancel the cashback and placed the order through them "directly" they would send the order, otherwise they would cancel it. Absolutely disgusting. If you do not want to pay cashback, do not offer it in the first place.
Adviser don't care about delivery address
We are a 24 hours a day office and their delivery service claimed to have tried to deliver the parcel to our office at 15:58 yet watching their online tracking system the driver was still 3 miles from our office,
Adviser just a said don't worry we will remove the shipping cost, no interest in making sure our delivery details were correct to make sure the item could be delivered right.
I ve used Ebuyer several times and never had any issues until my most recent purchase. all Items before this worked great had no issues and I still use them today !
I did purchase a 2080ti that ended up being faulty, after reading reviews I was very worried about returning it. However I was very happy to receive great customer service, no issues and got my refund with no hassle at all.
I think a lot of people reviewing Ebuyer at the moment are not taking into account that they are also affected by Covid and will experience some delays out of their control. Also looks like only unhappy customers are making reviews, which doesn t give a true representation of the company.
In my opinion Ebuyer is great, I will be buying from them again and I think you should take the reviews with a pinch of salt as people perhaps expected the impossible given the situation.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unreliable, lazy, terrible customer service. Ordered an expensive colour laser printer for an urgent requirement. It was delivered with a hole smashed in the bottom. Despite my numerous phone calls, and emails, and promises from Ebuyer, we don't even have a collection day for the damaged printer more than TWO WEEKS LATER, let alone a new delivery date. Customer service is lazy and full of promises they don't keep. We are out of pocket and I'm about to start chargeback from our CC company.
