I dropped in with a small, 5 minute job - something that is a simple easy fix. Unfortunately they turned me away and said they would charge me a full hour and a half shop time for it. I'm sure their quality is good but their customer service is marginal and they are unwilling to work with the community.
I wish to give a big "Thank You!" to Shamrock Machining for working with American Recycling to refurbish a handicap ramp for my family. The ramp for my disabled son was stolen early Monday morning and by noon on Wednesday these two companies had worked together to provide a replacement for free.
