When something went wrong, customer service was very poor. The company was unwilling to entertain the idea of a return even though I felt I was within my rights and they failed to provide me the details of their regulator. When I contacted the retail ombudsman, they tried to resolve it with Ebuyer, but Ebuyer was unwilling to engage with them at all. My advice, pay with your credit card. Section 75 saved me!
