What a horrible company! Ordered two frying pans in early November, one arrived after a week, then heard or seen nothing more. Every few days I send an email, there is no response, I try to call several times, I don't get anyone on the phone, no matter how early I call, always the message: "too busy, try another time." Shameful that this can go unpunished in the Netherlands.
Funny that I got a response to a review that I wanted to post on their site. The response would be inappropriate. I then responded that I thought it was fantastic that they did respond to it but did not bother to finally deliver the article.

Pity.

You get a pan that will break down in no time. Fortunately, you get a new one, but a different type. Then it will rust after a few uses. With a complaint email to BK you will hear nothing at all ...

What thieves. Ordered a number of pans on 10 June, one of which was not delivered without further notice. More than 2 months have now passed and the amount of the pan that has not been delivered is still not on my account.

All reviews below are correct. Casserole ordered on 25.12.2020 and still nothing received. There is absolutely no one to get on the phone, emails are not answered and never called back.

Bought a set of 5 pots of which 1 is not good. Reported to BK via e-mail with photos. Receive a response stating that I will receive a new pan under the warranty after showing proof of purchase. Sent neatly together with address details. After 3 weeks, still nothing seen and no response to mail. Tried by phone and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes I am casually told that no new pan is sent. In the future I would rather spend my money on pans from another manufacturer that DOES provide service when a product is not good. It is a pity that you have to give at least 1 star in these situations because they are not worth it.

Part of our order was not delivered. After the first call they seemed to solve the problem. Called again a week later and they knew nothing about it. Eventually, after 4 calls and 2 extensive emails, we received our order.

if I had known in advance that the conical line was so difficult to maintain, I would not have done it. these pans are barely 3 months old. very ugly haze on the bottom of the pans .. the company where I had bought it had been in contact with the "supplier" .. it is said to clean with vinegar. now I am stuck with a stinky kitchen every time because I have to treat the stains of those pans .. can't it be for that price? I didn't even have that with my old (cheap) pans .. really worthless with a worthless solution

BK's best service is in bold on the website. As far as I am concerned, they can take it off immediately. Don't respond to email and just don't answer the phone. And they have been around since 1851!

BK called for advice on cleaning a lid from the Conical series. There were stains on the lid that could not be removed with stainless steel cleaner without the lid becoming dull from sanding. On request I sent the lid and to my surprise I got a new lid! BK thanks for the good service

I ordered the product on November 9th and the delivery time would be 3-5 days. Now it's a month later and it's still not there! Calling and emailing with Cookware is of no benefit at all!

Unfortunately, we can also place ourselves in the list of drama experiences. Ordered pans, 1 of which was broken on arrival. Emailed, filled out the contact form and called 6 times, disconnecting each time after 15 minutes. Never had any reaction, never spoken to anyone and we are left with a broken pan. Never had such a bad experience with a company.

Order placed on October 28 partly received to a pan set, sateuse and frying pan still not received. Called and emailed several times. Often not available and mail is not answered. Several times the promise that the remainder will be delivered, but still not received. Reviews on their site that are critical will not be posted. What a bagger place. I have bought everything but still can't cook because I don't have a set of pans (switch from gas to induction), not nice for a family of 6 people. This company is no longer credible to me. Been buying on the internet for over 20 years and this is the worst experience ever.

Lousy customer service, they also represent Gero and I emailed them three times with the same question about a Gero product. Never had an answer. If you are never going to respond to customer questions, just get all your contact details from the site and add an honest message: don't ask us anything because we don't care about you as a customer.
