So I've recently ordered a few pc parts in order to build a pc but had to cancel them as they did not have the other half which I needed in stock. I cancelled my order around an hour after purchasing by calling and asking for it to be cancelled. I was then told on the phone that only a few items could be cancelled and it was too late for the rest as they'd already been shipped (which is impossible as the courier wasn't even out for delivery until the day after).

The first lady asked me to refuse the deliveries that couldn't be cancelled and the money would be refunded and I'd get confirmation of this, it has been a week since and no refund or confirmation, so I decided to call again, this time I was on hold for double the time. A woman picked up who didn't even sound like she wanted to be on the phone to me and was very unenthusiastic, she told me she had sent another email through to the different warehouses asking for more confirmation on my refused deliveries and said she'd send me an email confirming this, and again I have not received any emails. Can anyone higher up please get this sorted as I need my money returned and I'm going round in circles here.
