Company has no idea what is going on at the moment...
Company has no idea what is going on at the moment. I can resonably understand delays with current events, but I can't understand why they think it's okay to leave customers completely out of the loop. I had ordered a number of of items from them selfs. I hadn't had a single update other then the confirmation email. One item had been out of stock, I had been keeping an eyeon the customer feed (as my inquiries were left unanswered) and it had updated in stock. All the other items were showing as in stock.
Delivery day comes and nothing arrives. I called them today, and very politely asked for update. Had to deal with an extremly unapologetic and unhelpful customer service agent. Everyone the agent needed to talk to was unavailable. It turned out while they were waiting for item two other items had gone out of stock. The company refused to break up the order, Claiming they couldn't although other companys are able too. This was not information that was added to the order notes, or there website.
To top it all off the management there didn't even have the stones to discuss the issue with me.
Extremly disappointed with the company as a hole. I've experienced more competent staff at McDonald's then here.
