Awful experience, recieved two faulty products within 6 months. Calls to customer service are on a premium line so it will cost you money if you have a problem.

Customer service is hit or miss, some are very helpful. Some are dissmissive or incredibly rude. The tecnicians try to intimidate you with technical knowledge which could be confusing to someone who isn't experienced in technology or used as an easy way out of a problem.

Returns process is incredibly slow, partially due to covid, but even before this was a factor a return took two weeks to be dealt with.

Use Box, Scan, CCL, Overclockers or Amazon if you want a good experience. Avoid Ebuyer even if they are cheaper.
