On 1st September I ordered a Praktica Z35 bridging digital camera, advertised with a camera carrier included. No problem with camera order -arrived quickly , but no camera bag . After phone calls and emails this company have decided that the offer was wrong and that the carrier wasn't included. Then they said they didn't sell them . Go online to "Gumtree" for example, that directes you to Ebuyer, with a very good package deal INCLUDING A CARRIER CASE. Their own website offers the carrier for sale as a separate item - yet they " don't sell them" . What kind of company is this /
