I bought a iPhone-8 in August. The phone was delayed in being delivered to me. More than that, the back camera had a fault and didn't work. QMF sold a faulty item, which should have been checked properly in quality testing.

I then sent the phone back, it was supposedly repaired and then returned to me. The same issue reappeared within a week. I since sent the phone back in mid-November, requesting a replacement phone or a refund. I have not received any sort of compensation, nor a returned phone; and the communication has been appalling, having not heard anything since December. They also have no customer service help line, and all communication is by email.

This is now 5 months into my year long warranty and I have not been able to use the phone for more than 1 week in this period. I would avoid this company at all costs, very unprofessional and they sell misadvertised products.
