The phones came in a good condition but the delivery service used was abysmal. Had to take a day off work and travel to the distribution centre to collect it. They re phone lines also appear to be quite understaffed as I struggled to get in touch. But for the core of what the company does i.e. help you buy second hand phones, they do quite well.
