This was just an amazing service. You always worry about the phone just disappearing but there is no need. You choose the model and fault on their website. You pay a fee, which is extremely reasonable. They send you a label to print off and send. Then return the phone, fixed and beautifully packaged and in my case within three days. What a great deal!
