Well, 7th working day and no email saying the phone has been dispatched and no phone. The money you so happily took within 24 hours but could not deliver the promised product. That is not how a business is run. FIND MY PHONE. You have NOT stuck within the time frame, I have NOT received an email saying my order has been dispatched and I have NO interest in listening to any excuses. Horrible, horrible customer service. The phone has not arrived, it's been so long, Literally. I m writing this from a void that exists beyond the end of time. If you do end up sending my phone and it does NOT arrive in PRISTINE condition NOT FAULTY with everything I paid for plus a phone case for my troubles, the consumer protection authorities WILL be contacted. This is NO way to treat clients. Figure it out please.
