Maybe not quite as quick turnaround as I was lead to believe, but happy with the service and the repairs were done to a very high standard (ie. you wouldn't know there was a problem in the first place!). Customer service was quick to respond when I asked for a confirmation that my handset had been received (note to Quick Mobile Fix: could you send an automated email to confirm receipt and assure customers?).
