I ordered a iphone x on the 2nd of February 2020. Waited 10 days and followed up my order via an email, the response was rude and abrupt. Telling me to wait until the 14 days. So I did still nothing 17days I emailed again then to be told there is a mix up with my order. And told to wait .. 19 days I emailed again asking for a date of delivery. No we cant give you that . So I asked for a refund.. told to wait 14 days again .. guess what people I'm still waiting and they are not answering any emails .
