I originally sent my ipad to be fixed on 31/5/17 and eventually got it back on 22/6/17. So I'm afraid I can't give more than one star for the speed of the service.
I was lead to believe that the service would be quick and efficient - but the first time I got the ipad back, it wasn't repaired properly - there was glue all over the screen, and the corners were not stuck down correctly.
I rang the helpline - it took me 15 attempts even to get through, as the number provided was constantly engaged. When I did eventually get through, I had a further 20 min wait to speak to someone in customer services. To be fair to them the person I spoke to was very helpful, and promised me she would prioritise the repair.
However, the service was very slow. As I use this for my business, I was very disappointed by the poor turnaround time, and cannot recommend this company.
