Great service, had a problem with the volume buttons on a refurbished iPhone bought as a gift - sent back, repaired & returned to me in days with no hassle & no extra charge. I did opt to send by registered post as a precaution which cost seven pounds, instead of their Freepost offer, but reckon it was worth it. Would definitely use again.
