One star is too good for this company. Please don t go anywhere near their company if your want a refurbished phone. I sent for one and was not a happy with the quality of it. So returned it they received it on the 8 January 2020 after many many emails I am still awaiting a refund which they told me will take 14 working days, thankfully I have paid in instalments. Otherwise I d be waiting for a lot of money as you can guess I still haven t received any money. Their customer service is none existent and there phone number does not work. I plead that you stay well clear of this company.
