Please never use this company. If you're thinking to yourself, 'I'm not sure if I should buy a second-hand phone from a relatively unknown company online, are they trustworthy?'. The answer is no. They are a badly organised outfit with terrible customer service.

I ordered a phone, changed my mind on the model and paid the difference for a better model. The phone didn't arrive for 2 weeks, so I cancelled the order. They will only refund me for the first model and not the difference in the cost, around 80 pounds.

I've been battling this with their customer service team for well over 6 months now. Most of the time they ignore my emails.
