0ne star is to much for this company...
I'm still waiting for a refund from a phone that was never even dispatched...
I ordered a phone for my 8 year old daughter at the beginning of November plenty of time for Christmas, weeks and weeks past no phone and bad communication from the company they took ages to reply and then repeatedly said due to covid delays with no depatch date or info. They had already taken my money in November!! It got to the week before Christmas and still no phone or answers? I cancelled the order and asked to be refunded they said a refund takes 14 days.
I order my daughter a new phone from Amazon which arrived in 2 days no issues at all.
It is now 17th February and still no refund, emails repeating the same thing saying due to covid refunds are late, thay have now said March 16th!!!!??????

I have reported this company to trading standards and have my bank involved.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
