A returned iPad bought on finance and still in warranty but by the time they come to fix it was out of warranty!! After numerous messages asking about the iPad was told it would be returned within 7 to 10 days!! Followed by another message a few days later saying the screen was smashed!!
Messages are now being looked and advice being sought!!

All round, pretty good. My only grumble would be the time it took from order to arrival (about 10 days). However, they did say it may take that long so I can't really complain.
Phone was in very good condition as described, and came quickly - would have been 5 stars if their courier had not dropped the 'must be signed for' package through the letterbox while someone was in the house.
Should be shut down, this company is ran by a crook, they take money, don't deliver and don't refund, customer services simply copy and paste responses.
Fixed my Samsung galaxy s4 screen in no time, very good work too. They also put on a new screen protector which seems much stronger and durable than any other protecters. Would and will be recommending.

When buying a refurbished phone you can expect a wait of 2 weeks with no estimated postage time. There is obviously no order tracking and I think they need to update their name to remove the word quick .....
Contacting customer service for information just ends up in a circular unfruitful discussion where they keep quoting the SLA times back at you as opposed to giving precise or granular information.

My galaxy s7-edge was received by quick mobile fix on the 17th of may to have the screen repaired , I received it by the 1st of June as i was informed that there was a long delay for the parts. The screen had been fixed but had dead cells More

They advertise stock which they don t have and then male you wait 2 months for a refund, that s providing it actually comes on the date provided. Avoid at all costs, they shouldn t be allowed to trade.
Absolutely awful - avoid at all costs! I ordered from them & was advised they didn t know when I could expect to receive my item. I cancelled it over 8 weeks ago & am still waiting for my refund. Their response is the same, that they don t know when or can be expected & they use Covid-19 as their reason for this. Appalling & unreliable! Don t waste your time! Go to the likes of music magpie who may sometimes be slightly more expensive but you won t be out of pocket.
I am sorry to say that this company is operating under very shady business practices. They show a phone as available and very quickly take full payment (in March 2020). Then weeks later, and many 'standard fobbing off' emails later you are still without the phone. I have now given up any hope of ever receiving my phone (it was for my daughter's birthday present, so thanks for ruining that for her QMF) and have requested a refund but have no confidence of this being received in the promised time frame (and why should it take 14 days anyway, it should be instant). Update to this in May 2020, as expected my refund has not been processed as promised and I now have to go to all the trouble of raising a dispute through my credit card. Find another company, it doesn't matter how good the deals look if you don't receive your goods. This is a shocking company, I am going to report them to Trading Standards.
A piece of advice never ever buy from them. I canceled my order and they said I will get a refund within 14 working days They kept saying to be patient with them and they are doing their best. now it has been more that 20 days since the cancelation, I did send them a letter from my solicitor to issue the refund, if they don't I will take them to court.

I have purchased refurbished phones from QMF before and even got phones repair from QMF before, but that is all about to stop.
I purchased a refurbished Iphone 5s on the 16th November 2017 and on the 10th December it stopped receiving a mobile signal.
Sent the phone back to QMF whom assured me this would be fixed in 24 to 48 hours to which was a lie.
with countless phone calls of at least 15 to 30 minute at a time, I keep getting told (our technicians are working extremely hard to fix z problem, which is extremely annoying knowing that they are unable to find the cure to the problem.
So I rang QMF 26/01/18 to speak to a gentleman to tell him that I would like either a replacement Iphone 5s or a full refund, to be told that neither would was going to happen.
I told the gentleman on the phone that I had been with out the phone for well in excess of 6 weeks and that I'm not being unreasonable to ask for a full refund as QMF are unable to fix the phone.
But was told that a refund would take 7 to 10 business days to reach me, but my payment to them took 24 hours.
I have no desire to deal with this company again as they are extremely untrustworthy.
I bought an Iphone 6s , it looks really great and was delivered within 1 week , but the cable that was in the package was broken so I had to buy a new one. Furthermore the battery life is a problem.

They have ignored my requests for a refund. Their customer support is terrible - they don't have a phone number and after I missed one call-back from them they have refused to call again. Sent it back for replacement - they said it was the main board and to provide them with the password n Apple ID.
Provided went round in circle for 6 weeks - they couldn t check it because it was broken - they kept saying it was going for repair -UNBELIEVABLE
No phone number to ring - emails waste of time. In the end got advice from money saving expert use Resolver - on line complaints handing team- ie legal route. Replacement form received.

I did have to wait longer than the 5-7 day estimated delivery and I did have to chase up customer services. However, I found Quick Mobile Fix responsive and they explained the reason for the slight delay. My phone arrived in about 11 days and other than this delay, I was delighted - perfect as new condition with accessories as described. Overall I am very pleased - it was worth the wait !
Payed for three iPad 2 in october last year for christmas failed to send items took me emailing daily to finally get a response in december a week before christmas to be told that I would be getting full refund with in 14 days and now in January and still awaiting refund constant emailing being told refund being done on one date and never received and now again saying another date and still awaiting

Have had 2 phones now the first took 3 weeks to arrive but when questioned about the delay I was answered promptly and good reason given, the 2 arrived within 48 hrs, the phone I wanted wasn t in stock but was offered another and although all my questions were not answered about the alternative I m more than happy and will definitely use quick mobile fix again.

Ordered an iPhone XS and it took over a month to arrive, even though I complained of issues they took three months to respond to allow me to send it back for repair, got another one sent a month later and again same issues with the phone (battery not working, phone keeps freezing etc) so sent back again, this time im told it's tested and gets sent back within 3 days and yet again the phone is still not working. I have sent over 100 emails to them and have asked for a refund as they are not providing a good enough service, yet they refuse and won't even call me to discuss it, instead I'm being sent the same damaged device over and over again. I'm going to trading standards and watchdog today so that no one else is treated like this unfairly. Please save your money and go elsewhere, seems like these guys are scam artists.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Do NOT buy from this place!! I ordered an iPad on the 24th December 2018, they didn t stick to the 10 day delivery period that they state on their order. iPad arrived late January. [unacceptable] iPad was as decribed but just not suitable. Returned the following day. Received an email in February stating I will be refunded within the 30 day refund policy. After exchanging 2 phone calls, numerous emails, trying to speak to a manager twice and a lot of stress and hassle I have been nothing but fobbed off. The 30 day refund policy has now passed and I still don t have my money back. They have now stated they will refund me on the 1st April, 64 days after receiving the iPad back. I have now opened a case with PayPal. This is the worst buying experience and customer service I have ever had. The one star I have rated is far too high!!
Paid more for a GradeA bundle, disappointing. Phone is much slower than all my friends with the same model, camera is much worse (must ve have been fixed with a cheaper repair), discovered the mic has static, calibration is off which is so much hassle. I think they repair old iPhones using cheap and less quality parts and sell them on. Would never suggest buying. Also the bundle only came with the charge cable not plug, and took almost 4 weeks to arrive.
Poor delivery communication and phone quality
My order was due to be dispatched yesterday, and despite several reassurances that it would be dispatched yesterday, it wasn't. This means that it will now be delivered later thanks their original promise of 3-5 days.
I have again asked for delivery information and all I have received is an apology and a vague "I can confirm that your order is due to be dispatched"
So the order is late and I have no idea when I will receive it either.
I hope the communication improves soon as I don't see how I can trust anything at the moment

The order number is 125347. Odd that you need to ask, I would hope that issues like this would be a rarity and not lost amongst many other late deliveries.
As there has still be no delivery, nor any proactive information from Quick Mobile Fix as to when the item will arrive I have just phoned customer services, only to be told that the 3-5 days are now from when the order is prioritised, not from when the order is placed, or even when payment is received ???? The customer service agent also emphasised that "the order would just be 2 days late". Just????? He also assured me that it would be dispatched today or tomorrow. I've heard that all week!!!!
The bar seems to move every day and there seems to be a new rule for their delivery lead times every day too. I am very frustrated and disappointed that this how a company would think that treating a customer is this manner would benefit anyone.
I had thought that the many good reviews I have read before were enough for me to trust this company, I was obviously wrong.
I asked for a manager to ring me so I could voice my concerns and I was promised a call today.

There are 2 unsightly stickers on the back of the phone saying not to remove them for 30 days. Not a great look
And to top the bad service, the charging cable is missing in the box!!! I thought the 8 day delay for delivery was due to QC checks? If so why would something as simple as a cable be missed?
I've called them and been holding on the phone for 24 minutes to find out why the cable was not included.
I've not turned the phone on yet

Quick Mobile Fix have reported my review to Trustpilot for violating their guidelines.
No call from a manager yet, but an email sent offering an apology and a very small amount of credit to compensate. Not even enough to buy a new phone case.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID I ordered an iPhone 7 from here on the 4th July. It's now 22nd September and it still hasn't arrived. They keep saying they will dispatch it but it's not true. It came in August (broken) so we sent it back but we still haven't received a new one. Communication is poor and you have to wait hours to get on hold of them on the phone.

Awful company tried to buy an iPhone for a birthday 2 weeks before the date. Then received confirmation it would take 10 business days. No mention of this at all when buying. Many emails later always a different person replying 3 times I request a cancellation keeps fobbing me off telling me it s close to delivery.... yeah right. Call up, no one picks up the phone.
Ok nice refund is acknowledged they the. advises it could take 14 days to issue a refund when it s a Paypal payment.
They promise a 1yr warrant with the purchase if there service is anything to go buy that would be painful.

The phone they sent me had a problem, they gave me a free return label, a little bit of trouble with finding my phone after one week of delivery at their place - so I have to wait one more week to get it fixed. HOPEFULLY I will get my phone back - I've read not NOT EVERYBODY GOT THEIR PHONE SENT BACK (see other reviews), and hopefully again, it will be fixed. On the other side, they are quick to reply on emails, they are friendly, so I wish the best and the company will not disappoint me.

I bought a phone from these guys last year. It developed a fault and the had it back, fixed it and returned it in a couple of days.
I therefore trusted them to by another phone for Christmas which has been excellent.
I trust this company, they have excellent communication and have a honest warranty policy.

This company is fraudulent..... I've sent my phone over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my money and this is after having to go to head office to confirm they received my mobile which they eventually did find and now I'm recieving emails stating that they haven't received my phone. I've been ringing on a daily basis with no one even bothered to pick the phone up. If I don't receive my money by fridayi will be going to trading standards.

After having broken my old iphone 6s I ordered a refurbished one from Quick Mobile Fix. It arrived in a very good condition and so far seems to be working well. The only downside was that it took 2 weeks to arrive so if you aren't in a rush then it's worth the wait.

I ordered an IPhone 5S refurbished phone on 2nd Nov. It arrived but was faulty (shadow on screen, poor battery life). I sent the phone back and was promised a replacement. I've been told twice since following it up that it was due for dispatch but has not been sent to me. I have been waiting since Nov 18th for this now and I still have no idea when it will be sent. I have now been assured it will be with me before Christmas, but have received no confirmation that the phone has been sent. I asked for someone to contact me and they promised to call me today - but they failed to do so. AVOID, TOTALLY DISHONEST - they advertise goods they do not have, take your money then do not refund, even when order is canceled before dispatch when they admit they are unable to fulfil the order! Have been waiting over a month for refund which they keep promising will happen but never does. Have started claim via CC company and registered complaints with Trading Standards, Consumers Association and Citizens Advice.

Emailed them to ask where my device is and they said they will dispatch it next week. Another week goes by and I ask them where is my device.
