Iphone 7 received by them on 4th jan to install a new charging port it took 4 days to look at this. They didn't have in stock had to order. This took another two weeks to arrive only to find that wasn't the problem. So they did dianostic and said it was battery problem, after installing a battery and doing another diagnostic they then tell me needs new screen. They don't send email updates and you have to spend upto 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone which can be infuriating listening to recorded message telling me that they will fix phone in 24 - 48 hours when they've had my phone for 5 weeks. I now just want my phone back unfixed and was told 4 days ago it will be within 24 hours.
Not what I would call a good service.
As more info comes to light even more convinced this company cons you into paying for repairs that are not needed. I was told it needed new screen as the home button wasn't responding. I'm glad I said no and to return my phone back as I now find that IPhone 7 home button has nothing to do with screen and if it's faulty it can't be replaced or fixed except by sending phone back to Apple.
