I purchased a telephone recently, the payment was taken from my card , I had no confirmation from Quick mobile fix, no response to my email asking about the confirmation and delivery. there is no way of phoning them, only emails that remain unanswered. the only course left for me is to chase them somehow to get my money back. I have used this company before without incident, but this time there is a shocking lack of response considering they have my money.
