Ordered a refurb phone which was faulty, contacted them the next day and returned it. Have emailed lots of times and called them. After an hour on hold was told someone would call me back, they never did. Then had an email asking for my number so someone could call me, they never did. I have had no refund even though it was within the 14 day no quibble guarantee so I have no phone and no refund.
I then received a message saying my issue has been resolved so I messaged back saying it hasn t and still no one has called me.
Will try to call them again tomorrow if I have a free hour to wait to be fobbed off again.
I was told the phone is just dead so they can t check it to issue the refund, I know it s dead that s why I returned it!!!!


Now the phone lines don't work either - I am contacting trading standards and suggest others do the same. Also, the online web chat doesnt work either
