First of all, I ordered a refurbished phone labell...

First of all, I ordered a refurbished phone labelled as in stock. This took 21 days to arrive, after 14 days I decided to chase the order up to be told there were issues with getting a phone unlocked.

Between day 14 and 21 I requested to cancel the order 3 times, each time I got a reply apologizing saying please give us another 7 days to get this resolved, I replied to each response saying no, I want to cancel the order and be issued a refund. As well as this I tried calling multiple times with no answer.

After the 3rd e-mail requesting to cancel (after threatening to get CAB involved) I was told it's too late to cancel as it has been shipped and if I want to return I would have to do so at my own cost.

The next day the phone turns up. It is faulty, even after sporting 3 separate Quality assurance signatures, the phone fails to turn on, I've taken it to a phone repair shop in my area who have advised it is indeed a hardware fault, and so will need returning, unbelievable.

So after a 21 day wait, I receive a phone that doesn't work even after requesting to cancel my order 3 times, I now have to return at my own cost.

Now let's see how long my refund takes, wish me luck.

Very poor comms, terrible service and faulty hardware.

Avoid at all costs.
