Another child Christmas ruined, along with huge stress levels.Ordered early December,stated they had in stock, and delivery 3-5 working days. Promised as priority order, but to this day, still no item, and don't read your emails, dont answer the phone.Have cancelled the order 2 days ago due to not arriving .. and now they keep sending me the same email asking me if I wish to cancel.. ! Sick. Legal action now in place to claim refund .Disgraceful. .This company is not fit to be in business. .How sad that companies like this exist. Shame on you. would have given zero stars if could.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS .. 2nd January.. still no refund, full of failed promises.. like so many others we have been coned .. reported matter to trading standards and other sources..Prior to us ordering why did you confirm that you had the phone in stock and then confirm that it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. ???? WHY.. . Are you not one bit concerned when you look at your terrible reviews.. customers all complaining of the same thing....why create such stress, frustration and anger, to so so so many ..
