Like everyone else, my experience has been terrible. They clearly spend a lot of money on google ads and bots to respond to complaints in public forums - but provide no actual customer service. The business constantly promises phone delivery and then nothing arrives. So you get stuck in a loop of chasing them and just getting responses that the phone will arrive soon. I ve asked them for a refund.

Update - Quick FIx has failed to refund me within the required 14 working days as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are going to buy from this firm, use a credit card!

Update 2 - now over 3 months since making initial payment, over 2 months since refund request. 3 promised deadlines now missed, no communication from the business for weeks
