Ordered a mobile phone for my daughter for Christmas. Order confirmation received but 2 weeks later still shown as processing. Tried to call them - no reply. Live chat ? Nobody there. Also emailed them. This site was recommended to us - wish I had checked these reviews before trusting the recommendation
