Sent my refurbished iPhone off for a 5-7 day warra...

Sent my refurbished iPhone off for a 5-7 day warranty repair, then still had to buy a new battery (this was out of warranty), and didn't get my phone back until 14 days later, with a defective mic (thorough post repair QC??).

I then contacted them and was told I'd get my phone replaced (but wouldn't get to keep the brand new battery I'd paid for, instead I'd get the 2nd hand one that came with the replacement phone).
They eventually repaired the mic and said they'd send it back. I confirmed my home address by phone (work address previously used). The tracking notification then came through, showing my work address so I contacted them again and told them to change the address which they then confirmed they had done. Then surprise surprise the phone arrives at my work when it is too late to collect before Christmas so no phone until January now.

Every time I ask to be contacted by someone with authority to do something about this I get ignored apart from another patronising and meaningless 'sorry for the inconvenience' email. I have been tolerant, polite and reasonable throughout but Quick Mobile Fix have left me no option but to leave this honest review.
