I cancelled an order on 1st March 2018 after they sent me a faulty phone. No refund has been done till today 13.03.18. Their customer phone is nonsense, they keep you holding 20-30 minutes and then they disconnect the line. Emailing them is another rubbish as they respond with a generic reply. Total fraud.
