Ordered a phone on December. It never arrived, I asked for a refund in January, I was told it would take 30days to go back into my account. 30 days has come and gone. I keep emailing them and they keep saying they will email me back within 24-48hrs. They are not replying, everytime I reply they send the same reply.

Very frustrating and I m pretty sure all the positive reviews on here are fake
