I ordered a phone ignoring the small percentage of bad reviews- BIG MISTAKE. It arrived in good condition but started lagging and glitching within two weeks and eventually completely switched off. We sent it to get repaired and expected it within at least as the website says 48 hours.That was October 2019 and it s March 2020 tomorrow. Several letters have been sent and hundreds of point wasted. Do not buy from this website- I avoided the complaints and this is where it s got me!!
