I placed an order in March 2020 for a mobile phone...

I placed an order in March 2020 for a mobile phone. By April the phone never arrived and no delivery date could be given to me. I decided to cancel my order and request a refund.

I was guaranteed a refund within 14 days.

It is now 7th August and I have been promised a refund on three separate occasions.... still no refund.

I have asked for the complaints number or procedure, apparently this information is not available either!

So I have no product or refund.

I have now logged this matter with my own bank as a fraudulent transaction.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
