Posting here as this appears to be the only place you can get a response from this company...! I purchased an iphone on 7th August for my daughters birthday under the impression it would be dispatched next day delivery, as stated on the website, they take the money from your account and then send an email telling you that they will dispatch the order after 10 working days by next day courier. Well 10 working days came and went and still no email with the tracking info for the next day delivery. You get no response to any emails until you threaten to pass it on to a fraud team and suddenly they have an answer, delays due to quality checks apparently but they still can not tell me when this will be delivered. I had emailed when i found out it would not be next day delivery to find out if this would be delivered in time for my daughters birthday and if not could they refund this, they ignored that email and still failed to answer that in their response to my last email. My daughters bday in in 4 days and she will now not have a present thanks to this company.

DON NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THEM... A COMPLETE SCAM...!

Update: Yes you have now emailed me but have still not resolved the issue, i still do not have a phone. You have told me that you don't have the one i ordered in stock and will send me another colour, but i have still not received a tracking email for this...!
