I would not even give it a one star I would give this company a 0. I purchased a phone on the 16 Arpril 2020 I was told I would receive the handset within 7-10 working days. After two weeks I had to chase them up through emails as there is no phone number. And once I sent a email I had to wait so many days or weeks for a response which sounded like it was written by a robot. No sympathy whatsoever from the customer service team. Then after 3 weeks they couldn t tell me how long the phone would take to get sent out angry was an understatement. So then I said you don t have no information I want a refund. They told me I had to wait 14 days for a refund. It s been over 14 days and still no refund so I had to chase them up again baring in mind I haven t heard a thing from them no updates, nothing. So I sent a few emails on several accasions asking where my refund is. They only got back to me now saying I would have to wait until the 22 June 2020 which is almost 3 months in total. Full of excuses. I would not recommend this company at all. Thief s and liars. Worse experience I have ever experienced. It s been really distressing... stay away not worth the hassle just for a small bargain
