Sent in an Xperia Z2 with a damaged digitiser and a broken back panel.

Took two weeks and two attempts to fix, eventually phone was returned with the back panel not stuck on properly and the NFC antenna MISSING not to mention an inferior quality non OEM screen with washed out colours.
