Terrible service. Do not use.

In response to the comment from vendor: the customer service's response to repeated requests on repair status update throughout the week was that the device was still undergoing repair and it would take another 24-48 hours to fix it. After more prodding the customer response became: "we need more time to test the device." Nothing was ever said about the delay was caused by the fact that the device sent in was IPAD Air not Air 2.
